You will advise on a broad range of private client matters, managing your own caseload while working closely with experienced colleagues to deliver a high-quality and personal service to clients.The role will involve advising on a variety of matters including wills, probate and estate administration, Lasting Powers of Attorney, trusts, inheritance tax and estate planning. You will have the opportunity to take responsibility for your own matters from instruction through to completion, including drafting legal documentation, advising clients and liaising with beneficiaries, executors and other professional advisers.
