This full time Private Client Solicitor role sits with a Legal 500 firm in the West Midlands, offering a competitive salary dependent on experience. The successful candidate, qualified to at least six years PQE, will independently handle a varied caseload covering Wills and estate planning, probate and estate administration, Trusts, Lasting Powers of Attorney, and Court of Protection work. Confidence in managing files with minimal supervision is essential, alongside strong technical knowledge and client care skills. The position suits a solicitor or legal executive eager to contribute to a growing department, taking genuine ownership of matters while supporting the firm's continued development across the region.
Private Client Solicitor, 6+ Years PQE, West Midlands, £Competitive (DOE) - An established and highly regarded Legal 500 firm is looking to strengthen its Private Client team with the appointment of an experienced Private Client Solicitor or Legal Executive with 6+ years’ PQE. JOB REF: 5540.
THE ROLE:
• This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is confident managing their own caseload and is keen to join a progressive firm where they can make a genuine contribution to the continued growth of the Private Client department.
• You will take responsibility for a diverse portfolio of Private Client matters, including Wills and estate planning, probate and estate administration, Trusts, Lasting Powers of Attorney and Court of Protection matters
• You will be expected to manage your caseload with a high degree of autonomy while delivering a consistently high level of client service.
SKILLS REQUIRED:
• Applications are sought from Private Client Solicitors or Legal Executives with a minimum of 6 Years PQE.
• Have strong technical knowledge across the full range of Private Client matters.
• Be confident handling your own caseload and working with clients independently.
• Be ambitious, commercially aware and keen to develop your career.
