This full-time Private Client Solicitor position in Devon suits a lawyer with three or more years' PQE. The successful candidate will manage a varied caseload covering wills, estate planning, probate administration, trusts, and matters involving elderly or vulnerable clients. Duties extend to Lasting Powers of Attorney and Court of Protection applications. Building trusted relationships with individuals and families is central, alongside delivering practical, considered advice during significant life events. Strong technical knowledge, empathy, and clear communication are essential. The salary ranges from £65,000 to £75,000 per annum, dependent on experience. SKILLS REQUIRED:
• Applications are sought from Private Client Solicitors or Legal Executives with a minimum of 3 Years PQE.
• STEP membership is highly desirable
• You will have strong technical knowledge with a client-focused approach, excellent communication skills and the ability to manage your own caseload confidently.
