A Private Client Solicitor is needed in Milton Keynes to join a respected law firm. This full-time role offers a competitive salary and is suited to a solicitor with 1-2 years’ PQE. The appointed lawyer will manage a caseload covering Wills, Probate, Estate Administration, Lasting Powers of Attorney, Trusts, and Tax, Estate and Succession Planning. Working alongside experienced Partners, the role involves handling complex, high-value matters for high net worth individuals, including cross-border estate planning and repatriation issues. The position provides strong mentoring and clear career progression opportunities within a supportive team.

• The appointed Solicitor will handle their own caseload, including drafting simple and complex Wills, Probate and Estate Administration, Lasting Powers of Attorney, Trusts, Estate Planning, Tax Planning and Succession Planning.
• You will work closely with experienced Partners on complex and high value matters, including advising high net worth individuals on cross border estate planning and repatriation issues.
• You will benefit from ongoing mentoring, technical support and exposure to high quality work designed to enhance your professional development and long-term career prospects.
• Applications are welcomed from Private Client Solicitors with between 1 and 2 years' PQE who have experience managing a broad range of Private Client matters.
• You will possess excellent communication and client care skills, together with the empathy, professionalism and sensitivity required when advising elderly and vulnerable clients on often complex and personal matters.
• The successful candidate will be organised, personable and able to build strong client relationships whilst working effectively as part of a collaborative and supportive team.
• STEP qualification, or a willingness to work towards achieving it, would be advantageous but is by no means essential.
