THE ROLE:
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Private Client Solicitor to join a well-established and highly regarded team in Bedfordshire. You will advise on a broad range of private client matters, managing your own caseload while working closely with experienced colleagues to deliver a high-quality and personal service to clients.
The role will involve advising on a variety of matters including wills, probate and estate administration, Lasting Powers of Attorney, trusts, inheritance tax and estate planning. You will have the opportunity to take responsibility for your own matters from instruction through to completion, including drafting legal documentation, advising clients and liaising with beneficiaries, executors and other professional advisers.
THE CANDIDATE:
Applications are welcomed from qualified Solicitors with 2-5 years’ PQE and experience in Private Client law. You will have strong technical knowledge and excellent client care skills, together with the ability to manage a varied caseload with appropriate supervision.
The successful candidate will be empathetic, commercially aware and confident when dealing with sensitive and often complex matters. Excellent communication, drafting and organisational skills are essential, alongside the ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
