We are currently working with a fantastic firm who are looking to hire a Solicitor to join their Private Client team.

This is a great opportunity for a talented, friendly, and enthusiastic individual who is passionate about providing bespoke, high-quality legal advice to a variety of clients.

The firm prides itself on its approachable attitude towards both staff and clients, offering a supportive environment for personal and professional growth.

Typical duties would include:Providing bespoke estate planning advice to mid to high-net-worth clients.Preparing complex Wills and Lasting Powers of Attorney.Administering taxable and non-taxable estates.Preparing Trust documentation and advising trustees on their duties and obligations.Providing business succession planning to sole traders, partners, and shareholders.Supporting and advising other team members on complex matters, particularly trusts and taxation.

The successful candidate:4+ years PQE with experience in all areas of Private Client work, especially trusts, taxation, and lifetime planning.Experience preparing self-assessment tax returns.SFE and/or STEP membership (desirable).Excellent attention to detail, organisational, and communication skills.Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work both independently and in a team.
