This is an excellent opportunity for a Private Client lawyer seeking a varied role with genuine client contact, responsibility across the full spectrum of private client work, and the chance to contribute to business development within a supportive environment.The Role You will manage a broad caseload of private client matters, including:Estate AdministrationManaging the administration of estates from start to finishPreparing and applying for Grants of Probate and Letters of AdministrationCompleting and submitting inheritance tax, income tax and capital gains tax formsCollecting and realising estate assets, settling liabilities and distributing estatesPreparing estate and distribution accountsAdvising on tax planning and preparing Deeds of VariationWills and Estate PlanningTaking client instructions and providing tailored estate planning adviceAssessing client capacity where requiredAdvising on inheritance tax and tax mitigation strategiesDrafting and supervising the execution of simple and complex willsHandling applications for statutory wills where necessaryTrusts and TaxAdvising clients on trust structures and tax implicationsDrafting trust documentation and providing ongoing trust advicePowers of AttorneyAdvising ..... full job details .....
