Private Client Solicitor

Absolute Law Recruitment are seeking a Private Client Solicitor 2yrs+ to join an exceptional Law Firm in Surrey.

You will provide high quality legal advice on the full range of private client matters whilst acting as a trusted advisor to clients. The role requires the delivery of excellent advice with the ability to guide clients on long-term strategic planning, alongside changing economic and political environments. 

An understanding of the legal intricacies of the following areas are desired:-

• Tax and trust Work

• Capital Gains Tax (‘CGT’) advice

• Estate and succession planning

• Inheritance Tax (‘IHT’) planning

• All aspects of preparing Wills

• Trust creation and trust administration

• Trust tax and estate administration and tax compliance.

Person specification

• Ambitious and focused on developing a successful career.

• Desire to develop existing expertise, experience and skills with training.

• Effective time management and organisational skills and the initiative to work independently but also as part of a team.

• Able to communicate and engage at all levels both internally and externally with clients and professional advisors.
