The Role
As a Private Client Solicitor, you will handle a varied caseload of private client matters, providing expert legal advice to individuals and families. You will be responsible for:

• Drafting Wills, Lasting Powers of Attorney (LPAs), and Trusts
• Advising on estate planning, inheritance tax, and wealth preservation
• Administering probate and handling estate administration
• Managing Court of Protection applications
• Building and maintaining strong client relationships
• Mentoring junior staff where appropriate

About You
The ideal candidate will have:

• 2+ years’ PQE in private client law (Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive)
• Strong knowledge of Wills, Probate, LPAs, and Trusts
• Excellent communication and client care skills
• Ability to manage a busy and varied caseload independently
