This is an opportunity to manage a varied private client caseload while providing high quality advice and client care. The role would suit a qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive with 3+ years'' PQE who is confident managing their own caseload and supporting junior colleagues. The Role • Managing a varied caseload of private client matters including Wills, Probate, LPAs and Trusts. • Providing clear and practical legal advice to clients. • Supervising and mentoring secretarial and junior fee earning staff. • Delivering excellent client care and maintaining strong professional relationships. • Ensuring accurate billing, time recording and credit control. • Upholding confidentiality and complying with SRA requirements. • Liaising effectively with colleagues and external organisations. • Supporting the promotion and business development of the department.
