Key Responsibilities Manage your own private client caseload, providing practical and accurate legal advice Advise clients on Wills, trusts, estate planning, LPAs, probate, and estate administration Draft and prepare key documents including Wills, LPAs, trusts, Deeds of Variation, HMRC forms, and asset transfer documents Support clients through probate and estate administration processes Administer trusts created in lifetime or on death, including compliance with HMRC where required Contribute to business development, building your own network of introducers and raising the profile of the team and firm Supervise and support junior team members Maintain accurate, detailed, and up-to-date case files, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with data ..... full job details .....
