A leading regional legal 500 law firm in Hertfordshire are seeking a dedicated and experienced Solicitor to join their Private Client team. This firm are highly regarding in the region offering services to individuals and business alike. Responsibilities: Manage a mixed caseload of wills, probate, and estate administration matters Provide legal advice to clients on all aspects of wills, trusts, and estate planning Draft and review legal documents, including wills, powers of attorney, and trust deeds Liaise with clients, beneficiaries, and third parties to ensure smooth administration of estates. Support business development activities to build and grow the Wills, Trusts and Probate offering alongside the partner Requirements: Qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive with 3 or more years experience Knowledge of the Inheritance Tax Act 1984 and the Non-contentious Probate Rules 1987 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong client relationships Proven ability to manage a busy caseload efficiently and effectively High level of attention to detail and strong organisational skills Benefits: Negotiable salary (£50-60k) Bonus scheme (performance based) Opportunities for professional development and career progression Supportive and collaborative work environment Various other benefits ..... full job details .....
