A well-established London law firm is seeking a Private Client Solicitor to join its expanding Private Client team in Whitechapel.This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Private Client Solicitor to manage a varied and complex caseload while playing a key role in the continued growth of the department. The successful candidate will advise on a broad range of private client matters, including wills, probate, trusts, tax planning and Court of Protection work.The Private Client Solicitor''s RoleThe successful Private Client Solicitor will manage their own caseload and provide high-quality advice to individuals and families across a range of private client matters.Responsibilities will include:Managing a varied caseload covering wills, probate, trusts, tax and Court of Protection mattersAdvising clients on complex estate planning and inheritance tax mattersDrafting wills, trusts and associated legal documentsHandling probate and estate administration mattersAdvising on deputyships and Court of Protection mattersBuilding strong relationships with clients and professional contactsSupporting the continued development and growth of the Private Client teamContributing to business development activities and strengthening client relationshipsMaintaining high standards of client care, compliance and file managementThe Private Client Solicitor5+ years'' post-qualification experience in Private Client lawStrong experience across wills, probate, trusts and tax mattersExperience ..... full job details .....
