The Private Client workload has increased significantly, particularly in Driffield, where the closure of a long-established local practice has resulted in additional instructions coming into the team. The requirement is primarily for someone who can support clients with Wills and LPAs, although there is scope to develop your wider Private Client experience depending on your existing knowledge and ambitions. You''ll work with an established local client base, including individuals, families and rural/agricultural clients, with the opportunity to build relationships and develop your technical knowledge in a supportive environment. This could suit a Private Client Paralegal, Legal Assistant or experienced Wills and Probate Paralegal who already has some practical experience and wants to develop rather than simply administer files.
