RoleExperienced Private Client Paralegal required to support the Private Client Director/Head of Department and her team at modern offices located in the heart of West Bromwich. The role involves working within a busy and well-established Private Client team, assisting with a varied caseload covering Wills, Trusts, Probate, and Estate Administration. .ResponsibilitiesAssist the Director/Head of Department and wider team with a range of Private Client matters, including Wills, Trusts, Probate, and Estate AdministrationSupport Fee Earners with the progression of client files from instruction through to completionDraft legal documentation, letters, and correspondence with accuracy and professionalismLiaise with clients, beneficiaries, and third parties in a clear, empathetic, and professional mannerPrepare and assist with Probate applications and related estate administration documentationMaintain accurate and up-to-date file records in line with internal procedures and compliance requirementsSupport general administrative and case management tasks across the departmentContribute to the smooth running of a busy Private Client teamCandidate RequirementsMinimum of 2 years'' experience working within a Private Client team (essential)Experience handling Wills, Probate, Trusts, and Estate Administration mattersStrong organisational skills with excellent attention to detailConfident communicator with strong interpersonal and client care skillsAbility to manage competing priorities ..... full job details .....
