Handling a variety of administrative duties, including filing, drafting correspondence, and maintaining client files. Supporting the team with Wills, Probate, Powers of Attorney, and Trusts matters. Assisting with client enquiries and ensuring a high level of service and attention to detail. Managing appointments, scheduling meetings, and coordinating with other departments as necessary.Ideal Candidate: Experience working within a Private Client department, either as a secretary or ideally as a paralegal.
