The ideal candidate will be supporting our Private Client Solicitors. The position would suit someone who is approachable, flexible, confident, and accurate.Key ResponsibilitiesTo take initial instructions from clients and open files through the Office Management System.To assist the fee earners with client cases from initial instruction to completion under supervision.Liaise with clients both in office meetings and in telephone discussions.Receiving and issuing correspondence/mail from/to clients and third parties.Checking and working in accordance with task list and diary reminders.Time recording all work undertaken.Travelling with fee earners/solicitors to attend outside appointments as and when necessary.Reporting to and receiving and acting ..... full job details .....
