This is an excellent opportunity to work in a varied role supporting private client affairs, trusts and tax administration within a highly confidential environment.About the RoleYou will provide high-quality support across a range of private client matters. Working closely with senior stakeholders and professional advisers, you will assist with trust administration, tax compliance processes, record management and regulatory requirements while helping ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the office.Key ResponsibilitiesProviding comprehensive administrative support across private client, trust and tax mattersMaintaining accurate and confidential recordsAssisting with trust administration, including preparing schedules and supporting meetingsSupporting tax compliance processes by gathering information and monitoring reporting deadlinesPreparing payment instructions, expense summaries and supporting documentationLiaising with external advisers including solicitors, accountants and banking professionalsAssisting with HMRC-related administration, correspondence and trust registration processesManaging diaries, meetings and correspondence for senior stakeholdersSupporting compliance activitiesAssisting with a range of ad hoc administrative and private client projects About YouPrevious experience ..... full job details .....
