Private Client Paralegal

to join their growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated legal professional to develop their career within a supportive and reputable practice.

Responsibilities

Drafting Wills and Lasting Powers of Attorney

Supporting with probate and estate administration

Assisting with trust management and tax planning

Conducting legal research and preparing documents

Providing high-quality client care and maintaining accurate file management

Qualifications

Previous experience as a paralegal, ideally in Private Client law

Strong organisational and time management skills

Excellent written and verbal communication abilities

A client-focused approach and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team

A law degree, LPC or equivalent qualification (desirable but not essential)
