Private Client Paralegal

An established and growing law firm is seeking an experienced Private Client Paralegal to join its busy Private Client department in Bedford.This is an excellent opportunity for a paralegal looking to further develop their career within a supportive team handling a broad range of private client matters.The RoleYou will provide support to fee earners and assist with a varied caseload including:• Wills• Probate and Estate Administration• Lasting Powers of Attorney• Trusts• Inheritance Tax PlanningResponsibilities will include:• Drafting legal documents and correspondence• Preparing probate and estate administration paperwork• Liaising with clients, beneficiaries and third parties• Managing files and maintaining case management systems• Assisting with the progression of matters from instruction through to completion• Supporting fee earners with day-to-day case managementRequirements• Previous experience within a Private Client department• Knowledge of Wills, Probate, LPAs and Estate Administration• Strong organisational and administrative skills• Excellent communication and client care abilities• Ability to manage competing priorities and work to deadlines• Experience using case management systems would be advantageousBenefits• Hybrid working• Bonus scheme• Company pension• Death in Service benefit• Healthcare and wellbeing programme• Employee discount scheme• Ongoing training and development• Excellent long-term career progression opportunitiesShould you have any questions or ..... full job details .....
