About the Role As a Private Client Legal Secretary, you will be providing essential support to the Private Client team, working closely with solicitors in the areas of wills, probate, and estate administration. Key Responsibilities Provide secretarial and administrative support to the Private Client team. Draft legal documents, correspondence, and letters accurately and efficiently. Manage client files, ensuring full compliance with confidentiality and legal standards. Handle client inquiries and maintain excellent client relationships. Organise appointments, meetings, and court hearings. Proofread legal documents for accuracy and ensure timely delivery. Support fee earners with billing and timekeeping. What We re Looking For Previous experience as a Legal Secretary, ideally within Private Client law (Wills, Probate, Estates).
