The Role:Secretarial support to fee earners, managing diaries, arranging meeting, organising inboxesDocument production and preparation, drafting Wills, LPAs, IHT 400General administrative support to fee earnersCommunication with clients, email, telephone and face to faceWhen required, covering reception and welcoming clients and visitorsThe ideal Private Client Legal Secretary will have:A high level of proficiency in typing, both audio typing and copy typingKnowledge of LEAP case management system (highly desirable)Familiarity with legal forms and documents (Wills, LPAs, IHT 400 among others)Proficiency in MS OfficeExcellent professional communication skills and presentationInterested?
