Private Client Legal Executive Birmingham 30,000 - 40,000 p/a DoE Bell Cornwall Recruitment are delighted to be working with a small private client practice in the Jewellery Quarter area of Birmingham city centre. They are looking for a Private Client Legal Executive with extensive probate experience who can hit the ground running and is keen to grow with the firm over a long period of time. Duties and responsibilities of a Private Client Legal Executive include (but are not limited to):Managing a full caseload of existing varied Private Client matters, including Wills, Probate, Administration of Estates, Powers of Attorney, Inheritance Tax planning, Private Trusts/SettlementsAdvising clients on income and capital taxation, tax planning, and long-term care strategiesHandling cases from initial instruction through to completion with clarity and careDrafting and approving legal documentation with precisionStaying sharp and up to date with changes in your practice areaRepresenting the firm at industry events and contributing to business development initiatives What they''re looking for:Extensive experience within legal practicesExceptional knowledge of private client mattersProactive attitude and exemplary written and verbal communication skillsMust have managed their own high volume caseloadApproachable with clients and happy in the office A fantastic opportunity for a Private Client legal professional looking for a new challenge in a growing firm.Interested?
