Private Client Solicitor - Ewell / Epsom in Surrey An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Private Client Solicitor to join a well-established and highly regarded independent law firm. This role offers the chance to work within a supportive and collaborative environment, handling a varied caseload while delivering exceptional client service. The successful candidate will manage their own caseload from instruction through to completion, advising clients on a broad range of private client matters including Wills, Lasting Powers of Attorney, estate administration, tax planning, trust administration, and Court of Protection work. Key responsibilities include: Managing a full private client caseload independently Providing clear, accurate, and practical legal advice Maintaining strong relationships with clients and third parties Drafting legal documentation and correspondence Ensuring compliance with regulatory and internal procedures Meeting billing, time recording, and performance targets Supporting colleagues and contributing to a positive team environment Assisting with business development and client relationship activities The ideal candidate will be highly organised, professional, and client-focused, with strong communication skills and the ability to prioritise a busy workload effectively.
