Private Client SolicitorSalary 45-65,000 (DOE)PermanentParking space / local to train station28 days holiday +closed during Christmas / New Year breakEpsomWorking pattern: ideally 5 full days, however, could consider 4 days minimum or 5 shorter daysStandard Hours: 8.45am - 5.00pmWe are looking for an experienced and motivated Private Client Solicitor with 3+ years'' PQE to join our client''s local practice.The successful candidate will manage their own caseload, providing advice and support to clients across a range of private client matters, including wills, probate, estate administration, lasting powers of attorney and trusts.Key ResponsibilitiesManage a varied private client caseload from instruction to completion.Draft wills, LPAs and other private client documents.Handle probate applications and estate administration.Provide clear, professional advice and excellent client care.Maintain accurate files and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.Develop client relationships and contribute to business development and new client referrals.About YouQualified Solicitor with at least 3 years'' PQE in private client work.Strong technical knowledge and experience managing your own caseload.Excellent communication, organisational and client care skills.A proactive, professional and commercially aware approach.An ability to build relationships and contribute to the continued growth of the firm.If you are looking to join an established high-street firm where you can develop ..... full job details .....
