Working as part of a busy private client team, you will handle a varied caseload of matters including wills and probate administration whilst working closely with senior members of the department. There will also be opportunities to develop experience in related areas such as lasting powers of attorney and Court of Protection work. This role offers a flexible working arrangement, combining office and home working, together with the opportunity to play an active role in the continued growth and success of the private client department.THE CANDIDATE:Applications are welcomed from experienced Private Client Fee Earners with a solid background in probate and estate administration matters. You will be confident managing your own caseload independently and possess a strong understanding of the probate process, together with relevant compliance and regulatory requirements.
