Private Client Lawyer, 1+ Years PQE, West Yorkshire, c£50,000 (DOE) - This is an exceptional opportunity for an experienced and ambitious Probate Specialist to join a well establish and highly regarded Private Client department located in West Yorkshire. JOB REF: 5492.
THE ROLE:
• Applications are sought from Private Client Solicitors or Legal Executives with a minimum of 1 Years PQE.
• The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work across a varied portfolio of high-value, high-net-worth and complex estates, providing expert advice and tailored support to individuals, families, executors, trustees and professional advisers.
• Key responsibilities will include handling all aspects of estate administration, including probate applications, inheritance tax, estate accounts and distributions, with exposure to matters involving trusts, business and agricultural assets, investments and overseas property.
• You will also have the opportunity to work on more complex and contentious estates, while developing strong client and professional relationships and contributing to the continued growth of the Private Client team.
• You will be well organised, commercially minded and proactive, possess an excellent understanding of probate practice and procedure and be able to work confidently and autonomously while delivering a high standard of service.
