Private Client Lawyer

This is an excellent opportunity to build your career with a respected regional firm while enjoying the lifestyle benefits of the Kent coast, with flexible working available and up to 40% home working supported.Key Duties • To manage a varied caseload of private client matters including: Wills, Probate, Lasting Powers of Attorney and Court of Protection cases.• To take a proactive approach in building professional relationships with clients and other contacts• To maintain and promote the good image and reputation of the firm• To assist colleagues, Directors and Heads of Department with marketing and training events and initiatives• To manage and supervise junior staff and support staff as required including assisting with recruitment, training etc• To use the case management softwareThe successful applicant must have:• The ideal candidate will have 2+ years PQE in Private Client matters (candidates with less experience would still be considered). • Experience of working on own initiative with minimum supervision• Experience of establishing, building and sustaining professional relationships with clients and other contacts• IT proficient with good knowledge of MS Office packages and case management systems.• Commercial and financial awareness.• Preferable if based locally with some client following.Should you have any questions or ..... full job details .....
