Insure Recruitment is proud to be partnering with a highly respected and growing insurance broker to recruit a Private Client Account Handler to join their established High Net Worth (HNW) team.This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about delivering a high level of personalised, consultative service while managing a quality portfolio of HNW clients.The OpportunityYou will manage a carefully curated portfolio of high-value private clients, where service quality and relationship-building are key.Manage a portfolio generating approximately £250,000 incomeService around 200 private household clientsHandle policies with premiums up to £7,000+Deliver tailored advice to meet complex, high-value insurance needsBuild strong, long-term client relationshipsKey ResponsibilitiesManage renewals, mid-term adjustments (MTAs), and all day-to-day servicingWork closely with insurers to deliver bespoke insurance solutionsSupport on larger or more complex cases, including renewals and client interactionsIdentify and act on cross-selling opportunities, including referrals into commercial linesDeliver a high-end, client-focused service aligned to HNW expectationsWhat You''ll ReceiveCompetitive salary (negotiable depending on experience)Quarterly bonus for successful cross-selling into commercial linesHybrid working - typically 2 days in the office and 3 from homeSubsidised parking via salary sacrificeSupportive and collaborative team environment (team of 14)Continued ..... full job details .....
