You will work closely with experienced fee earners on a diverse caseload and, subject to experience, will have the opportunity to run your own matters under supervision. The team advises on a wide spectrum of Private Client work, including: Wills and succession planningProbate and estate administrationLasting Powers of AttorneyCourt of Protection applicationsTrust creation and administration Key Duties Assisting solicitors and fee earners with the day-to-day management of filesPreparing and drafting legal documentation and correspondenceCommunicating with clients, beneficiaries and third parties in a professional and empathetic mannerDrafting probate applications and preparing estate accountsUndertaking legal research as requiredEnsuring adherence to regulatory requirements and internal compliance proceduresSupporting ..... full job details .....
