Private Client Solicitor - Wealth and Estate Planning An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a thriving Personal Wealth and Estate Planning team. Our client is seeking a skilled Private Client Solicitor with approximately 5-8 years'' PQE to join its expanding team in a vibrant city-centre location. STEP qualification is desirable but not essential. The successful candidate will manage a varied caseload with Partner oversight and will be expected to contribute from day one.Advising on and preparing tailored Wills and succession planning arrangementsDelivering strategic capital tax and estate planning advice for high-net-worth individuals, business owners, agricultural clients, and entrepreneursHandling complex estate administrations, including matters involving trusts and coordination with external advisersManaging intestate estate mattersDrafting and registering Lasting Powers of AttorneyAdvising on and establishing lifetime Trusts, as well as ongoing trust administrationContributing to business development initiatives and networking within the local professional communityCareer development - Genuine support to grow expertise and specialise ..... full job details .....
