and mental capacity issuesYou’ll also have the opportunity to contribute to

strategic decision-making , mentor Junior Solicitors and help drive the department’s business development activities.Your Profile:10+ years’ PQE

in private client lawStrong experience advising on complex estates, trusts and tax planningExperience of

Court of Protection
