Private Client Solicitor / AssociateLocation: Nottingham or Peterborough Salary: Up to 65,000An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Private Client Solicitor or Associate to join a highly regarded and growing Private Client department. This role offers the chance to work within a specialist team handling high-quality work for high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth individuals through a long-standing banking relationship.This is not a traditional Private Client role and would suit someone who enjoys technically strong work, fast-paced turnaround times, and working with affluent clients on complex estate and succession matters. The successful candidate will advise on a range of Private Client matters including inheritance tax planning, estate planning, Wills, LPAs, estate administration, and trusts.The role can be based from either the Nottingham or Peterborough office, with some travel and occasional out-of-hours work required for meetings, networking, and training.The RoleResponsibilities will include:Managing a varied caseload including: Inheritance Tax and estate planningWills and Lasting Powers of AttorneyEstate administrationLifetime and discretionary trustsComplex and high-value estatesWorking closely with a banking referral stream involving affluent and ultra-high-net-worth individuals.Advising clients remotely and face-to-face where required.Delivering work within tight turnaround times while maintaining exceptional attention to detail.Building and ..... full job details .....
