The role offers strong client contact, business development opportunities, and exposure to a broad range of private client matters including wills, probate, trusts and Court of Protection work.Key Responsibilities of the Private Client Solicitor: • Developing a client portfolio through marketing, networking and social media • Drafting and advising on wills, including living wills • Preparing probate applications • Handling LPAs • Trust creation and management • Court of Protection work • Administration of estates • Managing client expectations and risk • Attending client meetings and maintaining detailed notes • Dealing with new enquiries • Undertaking relevant searches • Developing ..... full job details .....
