We are recruiting for a Justice Services Support Worker to support individuals with convictions as they progress towards education, training and sustainable employment opportunities through the Creating Future Opportunities (CFO) Evolution Programme. This is a rewarding and varied role where you''ll provide personalised support to participants who may face significant barriers to community reintegration. Through regular one-to-one guidance, coaching, mentoring and group-based activities, you''ll help individuals build confidence, develop essential life skills and move closer to achieving their personal and professional goals. You''ll work closely with probation services and partner organisations, supporting participants to engage with opportunities that improve their future prospects and reduce the likelihood of reoffending. Please note, this role is based across probation sites in Northallerton, with occasional travel to Leeds. This role can be either part-time position working 22.5 hours per week across 3 days, or full-time hours which will also require additional travel across Leeds, Skipton and Harrogate.
