This is a rewarding opportunity to support prisoner rehabilitation by providing structured work experience within prison workshops, helping individuals develop workplace skills and positive working behaviours.  As an Instructor, you will supervise prisoners in non-specialist workshop environments, ensuring activities are delivered safely, securely and to a high standard while promoting a positive and productive working culture.
