We''re looking for a dedicated Prison Link Worker to join our Dependency and Recovery Service, helping men transition successfully from custody into the community. This is a rewarding frontline role where you''ll make a real difference by improving engagement with treatment, reducing reoffending, and supporting recovery journeys. What You''ll Be Doing Supporting individuals before release, through the gate, and into the community Building strong relationships with prison substance misuse teams and partner agencies Providing enhanced support to individuals at risk of disengaging from services Accompanying clients to key appointments including probation and substance misuse services Identifying and managing risks around release, including treatment drop-out and overdose prevention Completing assessments, action plans, and maintaining accurate case records Motivating and empowering people to engage with statutory and voluntary support services About You You''ll be confident working independently within prison settings while managing a diverse caseload of adult male prison leavers and individuals on community orders.
