This is a hands-on role for a candidate with strong fault-finding and repair skills, capable of repairing a range of IT and electronic equipment to component level. In addition to workshop repairs, the successful candidate will provide technical support to our field engineering team, assisting with troubleshooting and technical queries received through the helpdesk. Key Responsibilities Diagnose, repair and test equipment to component level. Repair and maintain a range of devices including: Laser printers Inkjet printers PCs and computer hardware Monitors EPOS equipment and tills Fault-find and replace defective electronic components. Configure, install and troubleshoot operating systems. Provide technical support and guidance to field engineers via telephone and email.
