      <description>Location: Cramlington | Salary: Negotiable | Type: Permanent | Printer (Gravure) - Permanent   📍  Cramlington, Northumberland   🕒  Rotating Shifts (Mon-Fri, Early Finishes)   💷  £32,000 - £37,700 (DOE)        About the Role   We are currently recruiting for an experienced Printer (Gravure) to join a small, high-performing manufacturing team at our Cramlington site, supporting the production of healthcare and pharmaceutical packaging.  This is a hands-on operational role suited to a skilled printer who can set up, operate, and maintain gravure presses independently, with a strong focus on safety, quality, and consistency. The successful candidate will be someone who requires minimal training and can quickly integrate into a well-established operation with low machine downtime.
