Large Format Print Production Operative
Letchworth Garden City
Hours: 8:00am – 5:30pm
Salary: £30,000 – £40,000 DOE

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Large Format Print Production Operative to join a well-established and growing production client based in Letchworth.

This is a permanent role offering excellent working hours and the opportunity to work within a busy and fast-paced print production environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operating large format print machinery to produce high-quality printed materials
• Setting up, running, and maintaining print equipment
• Ensuring all work is produced to required quality standards and deadlines
• Finishing, trimming, and preparing printed products for dispatch
• Carrying out basic maintenance and troubleshooting on equipment
• Working as part of a production team to meet daily output targets

Requirements:

• Previous experience in large format print production or a similar print manufacturing environment
• Good understanding of print processes and machinery
• Strong attention to detail and quality control
• Ability to work to deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Reliable, proactive, and a strong team player
