Join our dynamic team and play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional publications.The RoleWe are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Print Production Controller to cover maternity leave. You will manage a portfolio of publications and work closely with publishers, editors, designers, printers, external agencies, and our newsstand distributor.Key ResponsibilitiesLiaise with the British Library to source ISSN/ISBN numbers and produce barcodes.Create and update production schedules, distributing them to internal and external stakeholders.Prepare and issue print orders on time, including bagging and promotional activities.Manage and circulate Information Sheets, ensuring accuracy and timely updates.Collaborate with the distribution team to ensure timely delivery of barcode and schedule information.Maintain bulk distribution lists for relevant publications.Handle day-to-day queries with editors, designers, printers, and distributors, escalating complex issues when necessary.Support your line manager with any reasonable production-related requests.Skills and ExperienceStrong communication skills with suppliers and colleagues.Highly organised, ..... full job details .....
