Elevation Recruitment Group are currently working with a well-established manufacturing business who are looking to recruit a Print Production Assistant to join their operation on a permanent basis.This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with experience within a fast-paced manufacturing or production environment who is looking to join a secure business offering excellent earning potential, training, and long-term career prospects.Print Production AssistantLocation: GainsboroughSalary: CompetitiveWorking Hours: 12-hour days and nights on a rotating shift patternThe Role:Assisting with the operation and set-up of flexographic printing machinerySupporting Printers and Shift Managers to ensure production targets are achievedPreparing materials, inks, and consumables for production runsMonitoring print quality and reporting any defects or issuesReporting any quality control defects and escalating concerns where necessaryStripping down, cleaning, and storing printing plates following production runsTaping print sleeves and preparing them for the Mounting DepartmentCarrying out basic machine checks and supporting routine maintenance activitiesEnsuring production documentation is completed accuratelyMaintaining high standards of housekeeping and cleanliness within the print departmentFollowing all health and safety procedures and company policiesSupporting continuous improvement initiatives across the departmentWhat We''re Looking For:Previous experience within a manufacturing, ..... full job details .....
