The Role You will be working a 12hour continental shift pattern at our industry leading conversion plant on junction 29a of the M1. We are the Smurfit Westrock team at Markham Vale. Communication and Reporting Report machine defects, damage, or safety concerns immediately to the Shift Team Leader or Production Manager. Complete all production and administration paperwork accurately and promptly. Communicate stereo defects or damage to the Technical Department or Shift Team Leader for repair. Support and deliver on-the-job training when required. Machine Operation and Quality Operate the print machine to the required production standards, KPI targets, and company procedures. Ensure the machine is in a safe working condition and operate in accordance with the Safe System of Work. Produce finished goods to the required quality standards and complete all quality control checks.
