PRINT SUPERVISOR / LARGE FORMAT PRODUCTION SPECIALIST Join a Dynamic and Professional Large-Format Print Production Team We are looking for an experienced, dependable, and detail-oriented Print Operator / Large Format Production Specialist to join our growing production team. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in large-format print production. Experience with dye-sublimation printing would be advantageous, although it is not essential, as full training will be provided. This is a hands-on role within a fast-paced, high-volume production environment where quality, efficiency, teamwork, and technical expertise are highly valued. Print Manager Key Responsibilities: Operate and maintain a range of large-format printing equipment, including Mimaki, Colorado, Arizona, and Epson printers (training provided where required). Produce high-quality print output across a variety of materials and substrates. Manage daily production schedules while maintaining exceptional quality standards. Carry out quality control checks throughout all stages of production to ensure client expectations are consistently met. Work closely with the production team and communicate any issues promptly to management to minimise downtime. Maintain an efficient workflow while ensuring production accuracy and consistency. Conduct final inspections and quality assurance checks on completed projects before dispatch. Perform routine cleaning, maintenance, and preventative care of production equipment. ..... full job details .....
