Print Finisher / Slitting Operative - Normanton, West Yorkshire We re looking for a Print Finisher / Slitting Operative to join our team at a well-established and growing flexible packaging business in Normanton. If you ve got experience in manufacturing and enjoy working in a hands-on, fast-paced environment, this could be a great next step. You ll play a key part in our secondary print operations, working across machinery in conversion to produce high-quality products that meet customer specifications. The Role Operating machinery safely and efficiently within HandS guidelines Monitoring output and quality, spotting and rejecting any defects Making adjustments to maintain product quality and performance Carrying out QA checks and recording accurate results Keeping machine waste and rejects to a minimum Recording adjustments and production data within our systems Troubleshooting issues and taking corrective action when needed Working hours This role operates on a 3-week rotating shift pattern: Week 1: 3 days (6:00am 6:15pm) Week 2: 3 nights (6:00pm 6:15am) Week 3: 2 days and 2 nights What we re looking for Experience in a manufacturing environment Comfortable working with computer-operated machinery (IT literate) Strong attention to detail and quality standards Well organised, able to work to deadlines A proactive, team-focused attitude Flexibility to support business needs What you ll get in return Birthday leave Salary sacrifice pension Private osteopath/physio ..... full job details .....
