Due to ongoing growth, our client is seeking a motivated Bindery Operator to join their established team based in Mleksham. While previous experience with bindery machinery is highly desirable, full training will be provided for candidates with a solid background in production or manufacturing who are comfortable working shifts. Your Responsibilities: Operate specialist bindery and finishing equipment to high quality standards Learn and follow internal production processes to ensure efficiency Monitor machinery during runs and complete essential quality checks Prepare finished printed products for final dispatch Maintain accurate basic shift paperwork and logs Adhere to all health and safety guidelines on the shop floor Your Skills and Experience: Previous experience within a manufacturing or production background Experience working shift patterns, including night shifts Strong attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality standards Good practical skills with precise handling of machinery and materials Reliable, punctual, and a dynamic team player Self-motivated with a strong willingness to learn new technical processes Hours of work ..... full job details .....
