Large Format Print OperatorLocation: DerbySalary: 30,000+ depending on experienceShift Allowance: 1,200 per annumBonus: Up to 2,500 per annumJob Type: Full-time, PermanentThe RoleWe are currently recruiting for an experienced Large Format Print Operator to join a busy and growing production team based in Derby.This is a hands-on role working across a range of exciting and varied projects. You will be responsible for the end-to-end production of high-quality graphics using UV flatbed/roll-to-roll and Dye Sublimation printing technologies.The company is looking for someone who takes pride in their work, has excellent attention to detail and is comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment.Candidates with Team Leader or Supervisor experience will also be considered, particularly those looking to take on additional responsibility.Key ResponsibilitiesSet up and operate large format printing equipment, including UV and Dye Sublimation printersPrepare and RIP customer files ready for productionUse RIP and design software such as Caldera, Fiery, Onyx and Adobe Creative SuiteCarry out routine machine maintenance, cleaning and nozzle checksMonitor print quality, colour consistency, alignment and overall outputIdentify and resolve basic machine and production issuesAssist with finishing, including trimming, laminating and mountingWork to production schedules and tight deadlinesMaintain a clean, safe and organised production environmentSupport the wider production team ..... full job details .....
