Job Title: Print Finisher - Temporary to Permanent
Location: Swindon
Start Date: Immediate
Pay Rate: -13.00 per hour + overtime
Hours: Full-time, rotating shifts (Week 1: 6am-2pm / Week 2: 2pm-10pm), Monday-Friday
Overtime: Required during peak periods and holiday cover

About the Role

Thrive Group are recruiting for an experienced Print Finisher to join our client''s busy production team on a temporary to permanent basis. This role offers the opportunity to work with a variety of print finishing machinery, ensuring high-quality production and timely despatch of printed materials.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain a range of finishing equipment, including:
• Polar guillotines
• 645 & Morgana folding machines
• Duplo saddle stitch/booklet makers
• Horizon PUR binding machines
• Work closely with the production supervisor to ensure all jobs are completed on schedule and in line with Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
• Maintain 100% accuracy in output, paying close attention to detail and quality control.
• Assist with general production duties as required to meet deadlines.

About You

The successful candidate will:

• Hold a valid Forklift License.
• Have proven experience as a Print Finisher or previous experience in a print production environment.
• Be flexible to work overtime during busy periods, especially in December and during staff holiday cover.
• Be a reliable team player with a strong work ethic and commitment to quality.
