This is a key technical role within a high-performing design team, focused on delivering complex mechanical systems for demanding industrial applications.An excellent company with some excellent, new projects to work on and some of the first in the company history!The company offers a modern working environment, excellent technical resources, and a strong benefits package designed to attract top-tier engineering talent.Location: CoventrySalary: Up to £70K + for the right personKey Responsibilities:Lead the mechanical design and development of precision-engineered rotating equipment, including motors, pumps, compressors, turbines, or gearbox assemblies.Produce detailed 3D CAD models, assemblies, and manufacturing drawings (preferably using SolidWorks).Conduct engineering calculations, stress analysis, tolerance analysis, and material selection.Provide technical oversight and guidance to junior engineers and design technicians.Ensure designs meet relevant performance, cost, compliance, and manufacturing requirements.Collaborate with internal teams across RandD, production, testing, and quality to deliver ..... full job details .....
