Principal BMS Engineer London (Hybrid) 80K - 90K PermanentVantage Consulting is recruiting on behalf of a leading global engineering consultancy operating across the UK and internationally, specialising in mission-critical and data centre environments.We are seeking an experienced Principal BMS Engineer to provide technical leadership across Building Management Systems (BMS), ensuring best-in-class design delivery and integration across complex building services environments.Role OverviewReporting to the BMS Controls Associate Director, you will play a key technical leadership role within the BMS function, supporting the design and delivery of high-quality, fully coordinated control systems across major projects.You will act as a subject matter expert, ensuring robust integration of BMS with associated systems including access control, security, fire systems, and client IT networks, while maintaining a strong focus on mechanical and electrical building services.This is a hands-on role working closely with internal engineering teams, clients, and external consultants to drive innovation, technical excellence, and continuous improvement across project delivery.Key ResponsibilitiesProduce BMS design documentation, drawings, and specificationsLead client meetings, workshops, and technical presentationsUndertake site inspections and witness testing activitiesCoordinate multidisciplinary design development with internal and external stakeholdersPresent design progress at key ..... full job details .....
